Ok so in the article accompanying the pic I notice at the bottom intent for DOJ to take over the police there in Albuquerque .. Which leads me to pose the question: Aren't there strong constitutional legal ramifications in the event that it isn't properly authorized by the governor or Lt governor of NM? - Because without such authorization - I can see no way that the fed gov. would have jurisdictional authority to do so ... Or am I wrong?
