Judge Admits Constitution has been Compromised as has the Bill of Rights

It is a sad nation we live in when even those appointed to uphold the law admit that the very protections we used to count on in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights have been compromised.

   Compliments of both of the Busch administrations we are rapidly approaching a state of Communism to rival that of the deepest forms expressed in Russia (years ago) and Cuba. Everything I was raised to believe was/is bad about communism is happening right here in America TODAY. The video in this post is yet one more in a long line of examples readily available all over the public records.
